Recent polls say a large majority of Americans support Medicare for All. Even a near majority of Republicans voters support it.

How about Denver Riggleman? The GOP’s candidate to represent Nelson County in Congress says the ACA should be overturned but offers nothing to replace it. He says Health Savings Account should be expanded. Riggleman says health insurance should be available across state lines. (People who are expert in this say there are more than a few problems with this.*)

Obama’s ACA expanded coverage to millions of people and brought down costs–until the Republicans started dismantling it.

Health Savings Accounts can help if you have the income to fill them and your deductibles are extremely high. Allowing health insurance firm to sell state lines has a lot of problems.

Thankfully, Nelson County voters will have a choice on election day. Like most Americans, Leslie Cockburn supports a Medicare for All option.
