Proposed Constitutional Amendments

All three amendments to the Constitution of Virginia were approved by the General Assembly and will take effect if approved by a majority of voters on Nov. 3.

Nelson County Sales Tax Referendum

If approved by county voters on Nov. 3 and then enacted by the Nelson County Board of Supervisors, the new sales tax of not more than 1% would be used solely for capital projects for new construction or major renovation of schools serving Nelson County.
