An information meeting on Nelson County Draft Planning and Zoning Ordinances —  with a particular focus on the proposed 151 Overlay District — will be held Sept. 16 from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Rockfish Valley Volunteer Fire Dept. The proposed overlay runs along Rt. 151 from Rhue Hollow Road on the south to the Nelson/Albemarle County Line.

Nelson County will host a Community Open House for the Draft Zoning & Subdivision Ordinance
